Do I need to be of a specific Asian heritage?
No. APWS welcomes women from across the Asian diaspora. Our council alone represents Filipino, Korean, Thai, Singaporean, Burmese and Vietnamese heritage. We also welcome cultural allies who share our values.
Where are members located?
Most members live or work in Naples, Fort Myers, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero and Cape Coral across Collier and Lee counties. Women outside Southwest Florida are welcome to apply.
What does membership cost?
Membership is an annual fee, shared with you once your request is approved. You can pay online through our secure checkout or through the invoice in your approval email.
Can I attend an event before joining?
Yes. Some APWS events are open to the public. Look for "Open to Public" on our events page.
